How to Enter:
To be eligible to enter the Best&Less Friends Club Family Discovery Holiday Park Voucher Competition (“Competition”) to win 1 of 10 $1,500 Discovery Parks Voucher entrants must:

Purchase any product from Best&Less in a single transaction with a linked Best&Less Friends Club account during the transaction. For customers without a Friends Club account, you will be required to purchase any product from Best&Less and create a Friends Club account at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours. - Online in Australia www.bestandless.com.au -
Purchase any product from Best&Less in a single transaction proceed to check out and make the purchase. You will be taken to a page where you will be required to enter your details using an email address and opt into Friends Club or use an existing Friends Club email. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours.
The competition commences at 25th of March 2023 at 09:00AM AEST – and closes 24th of April 2023 at 23:59 AEST (“Competition Period”).

Terms and Conditions:
- Instructions on How to Enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Multiple entries and applications via agents/third parties are not permitted.
- It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the entrant must comply with all the terms and conditions.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
- Employees of any the Promoter (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and of entrant (including proof of an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person who has submitted the entry provided that the person is an Australian resident over the age of 18 years.
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, website maintenance or any causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
- Any cost associated with accessing and entering the Competition online is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
- The random draw will take place at Best&Less Support Office; 657-673 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt NSW 2040 on Monday 01 May 2023 at 10:00 AEST. The winner will be contacted via Phone and email within 1-3 business days from the Draw taking place. In the event that the Prize winner does not contact the Promoter within 7-10 days from the date of receiving the notification from the Promoter, the Promoter may complete a redraw and contact a new prize winner.

- Amounts are in Australian dollars and can be redeemed for accommodation and park entry across Discovery Parks properties across Australia
- Redeeming restrictions:
- The Discovery Parks Voucher will be subject to Discovery Parks Voucher terms and conditions at https://www.discoveryholidayparks.com.au/terms_and_conditions.
- The Discovery Parks Voucher will be issued under the winner’s name.
- Any booking using the Discovery Parks Voucher, must be booked through Discovery Parks online with any accommodation available on the Discovery Parks booking platform. Any booking fee is at the Winner’s sole cost. Purchase of accommodation and associated visit requirements will be subject to Discovery Parks Terms & Conditions
- The Discovery Parks Voucher can be redeemed on accommodation at any of the Discovery Parks across Australia. Despite the above, the winner is permitted to use any credit on the Discovery Parks Voucher for any bookings within the Discovery Parks’ Terms and Conditions. Booking stays at Discovery Parks is subject to availability at the time of the booking and the Discovery Parks Voucher is subject to the availability of accommodation at the time of the booking.
- The Discovery Parks Voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue (“Expiry Date”). Discovery Parks Vouchers not redeemed by the Expiry date will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
- Accommodation and visits may be subject to changes as a result of COVID-19 or any other health emergency or other event outside the control of the Promoter and associated Australian and international government mandates and restrictions
- The Discovery Parks Voucher is not required to be used for a single transaction however, the Discovery Parks Voucher can only be redeemed to the maximum value of AUD$1,500. The Winner is solely responsible for any costs (accommodation or otherwise) that exceed AUD$1,500
- The Discovery Parks Voucher is only valid on new bookings and cannot be applied to any existing bookings.
- The Promoter does not represent that the Discovery Parks Voucher will cover a minimum number of days of accommodation or visits or cover the costs of a minimum number of visitors and/or guests.
- The Discovery Parks Voucher value is correct at the time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the Discovery Parks Voucher value. The winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their Discovery Parks Voucher, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the Discovery Parks Voucher
- If for any reason, the recipient does not, once the visits and/or accommodation have been booked redeem the Discovery Parks Voucher, the Discovery Parks Voucher will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Discovery Parks Voucher only includes the above stated and no other compensation will be provided by the Promoter related to or connected to the Discovery Parks Voucher. For the avoidance of doubt, the Discovery Parks Voucher does not include all other out of pocket expenses including any insurances (including but not limited to travel insurance), cancellation or change fees, visas, meals/beverages, taxes, surcharges, any additional transportation, transfers, optional excursions, additional flights or accommodation, passports or any other costs connected to or incurred as a result of the Discovery Parks Voucher. Further exclusions are anything not listed above. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The costs of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
- The winner must comply with all government and health requirements. The Promoter does not make any representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist during the visit or stay at Discovery Parks. Should the Discovery Parks Voucher not be redeemed by the expiry dates due to health restrictions, border closures or other events outside the control of the Promoter, the Promoter is not required to compensate the winner.
- Where the recipient does not use any portion of the Discovery Parks Voucher by the Expiry Date, no compensation will be provided by the Promoter.
- The Discovery Parks Voucher must be treated like cash however cannot be sold for cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered or lost or stolen Discovery Parks Voucher will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Discovery Park Voucher must be redeemed before the Expiry Date.
- Discovery Parks Voucher terms and conditions and Discovery Parks terms and conditions form part of the full terms and conditions.
- Discovery Parks Voucher are personal to the individual receiving them and can only be redeemed by that individual. Discovery Parks Voucher are not refundable after purchase, any amounts not used in a single transaction will remain as credit until the Expiry Date.
- The Discovery Parks Voucher may only be used to make purchases up to the initial value list above. If the Winner wishes to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds each Discovery Parks Voucher amount (or remaining credit as the case might be), the Winner must at their sole cost pay the excess using their own payment method.
- Discovery Parks Voucher that encompasses an external company component must work within the requirements of the external company. Changes to bookings may arise at the discretion of these external companies, and the Promoter is not responsible for any changes to booking changes, room availabilities and other booking inclusions that are beyond its control.
- If any Discovery Parks Voucher is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Discovery Park Voucher with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any necessary or applicable written directions from a regulatory authority.
- Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable.
- The entrant enters the Competition at their own risk. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any personal injury, loss or damage, errors, defects interruptions, malfunctions or delays connected to or as a result of the Competition or Prize (except in the case of negligence or error on the part of the Promoter, any breach of any express term of these Terms and Conditions by the Promoter or any liability which cannot be excluded by law included as provided for under the Australian Consumer Law). Once the Prize has left the premises of the Promoter, responsibility for any damage, delay or loss to the Prize during transit will pass to you.

- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities; entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for Competition, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrant should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries and claims become the property of the Promoter.
- Privacy - Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this Competition and will not be passed on to any other parties without your agreement. Best & Less privacy policy can be found at www.bestandless.com.au/privacypolicy. You will only receive further emails from Best&Less should you opt into the Friends Club sign up.
- The Promoter and their subsidiaries and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communications; line failure; theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
